What a year it has been for us, so far, here at Buoyant Works, from making our secondary warehouse fully functional, to travelling all across Europe for exhibitions, we have been very busy and can’t wait to see what the rest of year has in store.
We began the year by sending three full bow fender sets out to Finland for Työvene and the work has not stopped there. Our products have shipped right here from our warehouse in Cornwall to anywhere between Lowestoft and Senegal.
From huge CTV bow fender products, to ambitious quayside projects, the scale of our operations has increased vastly in a short space of time, whilst still maintaining our constant promise of high quality engineering.
One example of our continued work with our customers is the full bow fender set that has been sent out to America for Signet Maritime. This is the latest of a number of orders with Signet and one of our biggest to date. A lot of hours went into perfecting the placement and size of the bow fender, but we can’t wait to see it being installed and in operation.

We have also welcomed a lot of new faces within the work force of our warehouses in Cornwall. Doing this has allowed us to keep up with the vast increase in the orders coming in and deliver on our promises of short lead times and maximising efficiency whilst maintaining a high level of product performance.
Finally, we have just gone through a very busy period of attending various exhibitions, across the UK and Europe. We had the pleasure of once again attending Seawork 2025 in Southampton as we do every year. A great week of seeing old faces, meeting new ones and being able to explain face-to-face, everything we do here at Buoyant Works. A highlight of the show this year, was being able to see all of the vessels that were moored on the pontoon, with our fenders on.
We have also been lucky enough to exhibit at some new shows this year. WindEurope Copenhagen and Global Offshore Wind 2025 were great shows to be apart of and a chance for us to show and explain to customers what new ideas we’ve had or develop relationships with customers in new environments.
Looking forward to seeing what the rest of 2025 has in store and thank you all for everything so far!
